Rent is due on the 1st day of each Month and is late on the 5th working day of each Month. Please continue to make your rental payments by using the Drop Box at the Admin Main Office front entrance, USPS, Online Payment Website Portal. We also provide a Direct Debit for your convenience.

*Pest Control is provided when required. Pest Control is the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
